Job Description
INLEA is hiring for the Cisco Networking Academy in Africa. This education initiative offers a full solution in ICT and networking skills to education partners on a global level, reaching over 800,000 students worldwide. As part of the growth strategy, the foundation is currently recruiting an Academy Support Representative for West and Central Africa.
Reporting to the Regional Lead of Sub-Saharan Africa of ica Cisco Networking Academy and the President of INLEA, the position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Maintain fluent communication and further develop relationships with existing and new partners from the education system and provide them with full support as required;
- Follow up contracts and renewals with Academies and support local events targeted at the local community;
- Develop relations with government Ministries and public authorities on regional level
- Monitor and evaluate the program quality performance and promote new courses and certifications with instructors;
- Develop the relations with new educational organizations and guide them through the application process;
- Identify strategies how to increase the participation of female students and to support the involvement of special target groups in the Networking Academy Program
