- Display thorough knowledge and administration of contract terms, policies and conditions.
- Manage the handling and certification of payments.
- Oversee performance of all site contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are followed.
- Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and negotiate solutions to project management problems.
- Must be familiar with internationally accepted standards of quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Track and control construction schedule challenges and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget allocated.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution.
- A post graduate and relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Project Management experience / qualification.
- At least 12 years in the construction industry.
- A hands-on practical person that can build systems, people, and processes and implement.
Job Title: SITE ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the site’s foremen performance to ensure quality delivery within time and cost constraints.
- Contribute constructively to the official work programme.
- Manage site correspondence with clerk of works and/or resident engineer.
- Oversee the stock of material on site and ensure timely order of the required materials and equipment.
- Be responsible for site safety, health, and environment.
- Encourage and promote team thinking between all the project players and/or stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution.
- A post graduate degree and a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years in the construction industry.
- A hands-on practical person that can build systems, people and processes and implement.
Job Title: HEAD, HR/ADMIN

Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of feasibility estimates and cost plans.
- Preparation of tender and contract documents.
- Undertaking interim valuations of project cost implications and producing interim
- Preparing and submitting quotations and claims for payment.
- Award of contracts and preparation of contracts related documents.
- Conducting frequent studies and referencing on other project cases to solve any problems occuring in the field.
- Encouraging cost consciousness in everybody who is connected with the project construction.
- Acting as manager/supervisor of surveying staff on projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum BSc Hons quantity surveying.
- Minimum of 10 years in construction or engineering.
- Experience in project control and scheduling.
- NIESV membership is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the following;
- Overall management of the farm operations to achieve set productivity targets
- Work planning, supervision, coaching, training and discipline of staff to ensure employee motivation and productivity
- Ensure a clean and safe farm environment
- Ensure that records of farm operations are properly kept and reported to management

Job Title: SECRETARY TO THE MD
Location: Lagos Mainland
Gender: Male
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains calendars and schedules appointment.
- Draft and type correspondences for the MD’s signature.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondences register.
- Arrange meetings, takes minutes and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Answers telephone, screen callers and visitors and relay messages.
- Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, updating and destruction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Secretarial Administration /Studies from a reputable institution.
- Good command of English Language.
- Experience in using relevant IT (particularly Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and e-mail).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar post.
- Ability to work under pressure.
